Who this is for
Spouses who can settle the main terms.
DoUsPart Divorce is for couples who agree on property, debts, and (if you have children) a parenting plan.
Only one spouse needs to meet Montana residency requirements. Scheveck & Salminen Law Firm, PLLC represents only the spouse who uses the service. The other spouse may review and sign, or hire a separate attorney. DoUsPart is the platform that collects the answers and generates the documents; it does not represent either spouse.
What an uncontested divorce covers
The main issues the court expects to see.
What this service is not
Not a contested case.
If one spouse will not participate or you cannot agree on the main terms, this process will not work. A different court path would be needed.
How the documents are built
Attorney-reviewed templates. You review the previews.
Court documents are generated from templates developed with Scheveck & Salminen Law Firm, PLLC. As you answer questions, you see previews of the forms. You confirm that the language matches your agreement before the documents are finalized. The firm files the case.
