The flat fee covers document preparation from attorney-reviewed templates, remote notarization, the court filing fee, and filing by Scheveck & Salminen Law Firm, PLLC. In Montana the fee is $1,600 when there are no minor children and $1,900 when a parenting plan is included.

It does not include representation for the other spouse, a contested divorce, custom provisions outside the templates, or work if the court requires a different process after filing.
